The IOW MP centrifuge can remove up to three times more sludge, than any other similar pressure-driven centrifuge. With dirt/sludge monitoring (SCU Control Unit), the additional bowl disc technology, our centrifuges offer greater filtration and separation efficiency. By removing more contaminants and faster, we can extend the life of the oil, primary filters and increase the life of the engine.

Therefore, your return on investment is very fast! Something that a similar pressure centrifuge that you are currently using, fails to do. Our IOW MP centrifuges have been tested and witnessed by Lloyds of London, which was conducted back in November 2016. During these tests we proved we can remove 35% more solids than the competition (in a three-hour test). Since then, our technology has been improved even further and now, we are able to remove three times the amount of sludge over the same timeframe as a similar pressure-driven centrifuge.

Our product has been designed to make the exchange an easy process. We utilize the same bolt pattern and footprint for ease of retrofitting or new installations. By simply unbolting and bolting on our MP centrifuge as a replacement for the existing centrifuge you are using, no pipework modifications are required.
